I’m pleased to see that I am already incorporating the salad into my dinners, and the smoothies with my breakfast and evening treat.
To my smoothies I also add a tablespoon of organic ground flaxseed, and a tablespoon of organic, raw honey, pineapple and pineapple juice for lung health.
